Terms & Conditions of Rental Agreement

01 RENTAL PERIOD

The rental period is calculated based on the start date/time and end date/time specified during the booking. The agreement remains active throughout this duration.

02 RETURN POLICY

The Lessee agrees to return all equipment by 06:00 PM on the end date. Late returns will incur additional daily rental fees as per the default rental rates.

03 CARE & USE OF EQUIPMENT

• Use the equipment responsibly and for its intended purpose.
• Do not modify, repair, or disassemble the equipment.
• Keep the equipment safe and secure at all times.

04 LOSS, DAMAGE, OR THEFT

The Lessee is fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment during the rental period. In case of damage or loss, the customer agrees to:

• Pay for repairs or replacement at the full market value of the equipment.
• Report any damage or issues immediately to the owner.

05 LIABILITY WAIVER

The Lessor is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of the rented equipment. The Lessee assumes all risks associated with the handling and operation of the gear.

06 TERMINATION

The owner reserves the right to terminate this agreement and retrieve the equipment if the customer violates any terms of this agreement.
